MEDIATOR PATRICE A. PUCCI
Patrice A. Pucci has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator since 1998. Since 1999, she has been a mediator of Americans with Disabilities Act public accommodation disputes filed with the Department of Justice. Parties to a DOJ complaint can mediate their disputes through a program with the DOJ administered by Key Bridge Foundation in Washington, DC, with which Ms. Pucci is associated.
Ms. Pucci has served a part-time hearing officer for pre-trial hearings held in the Sixth Circuit, Pinellas County, Small Claims Court and served as an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law for 11 years. She also has served as a guest mediator in mediation training classes at Stetson University College of Law.
MEDIATION FACILITIES
Ms. Pucci travels to your location or can provide a location to meet. There are no travel fees, unless the mediation is held outside Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Sarasota, Manatee, or Polk Counties.
FEES & SERVICES
Mediation fees include mediation participation, pre-mediation documents review, and any pre-mediation discussions with the parties. The fee structure:
- $275.00 per Hour for Two Sides
- $300.00 per Hour for Three Sides
- Fees vary if More Than Three Sides
